Employers Responsibility
- Provide block VISA / N.O.C. and forwarding to your Embassy / Consulate in Nepal so as to enable us to obtain the same for your required personnel.
- As per Government rules and regulations now in force. Employers are required to send the following documents which are absolutely necessary for Visa endorsement and immigration clearance formalities of the selected employees.
- The norms require that you issue a Power of Attorney that appoints us as your recruiting agent. As well as a Demand letters and Authority Letter for Visa endorsement from Embassy / Consulate (the documents required duly attested by chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
- Photocopy of Company’s commercial Registration (C.R. copy) and Visa slips to be sent to us.
- Individual Contract agreement with foreign employer and Nepalese workers duly attested by Chamber of Commerce and from Nepalese Embassy in the country of employment to be sent to us.
- The employer has to provide NTBA (Name to be advised) PTAs (Prepaid Ticket Advice) for the selected candidates OR, send payment to a local ticketing agency who will issue and confirm the air tickets.
- Agency Service Charges are negotiable owing to the fact that we realize the flexibility required in our business.
